British broadcaster Piers Morgan, one of the world’s most influential media figures, will participate for the second consecutive year in the fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum, taking place at a critical time as the Kingdom undergoes a pivotal transformation in its real estate ecosystem. The Forum serves as a strategic platform bringing together global decision-makers to help reshape the future of real estate investment and ownership, and to advance the sector both locally and internationally.
Morgan praised the work and activities of previous editions of the Forum, highlighting the serious and substantive discussions they featured. He noted that the Forum represents a vital platform for leading companies, investors, and experts to connect and engage in dialogue on the future of global real estate.
Commenting on his expectations for the themes and discussions of the fifth edition, scheduled from 26 to 28 January 2026 under the patronage of H.E. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and held under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving,” Morgan stated:
“The Real Estate Future Forum will be the first major gathering to mark the launch of the important new law allowing non-Saudis to own property in the Kingdom.”
He added: “I was delighted to participate in the fourth edition of the Forum held in January 2025. It was a superbly organized event that delivered significant value. For this reason, I decided to return for a second year and look forward to taking part in the activities of the fifth edition.”
For his part, Abdullah Al-Harbi, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Future Forum and Head of the Saudi Arabian Office of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), welcomed the participation of the renowned global media figure Piers Morgan in the Forum’s fifth edition. He stated that the presence of prominent figures and leaders—across real estate, advisory, and media sectors—reflects the Forum’s success and its growing local and international impact.
Al-Harbi continued: “The Forum is being held at a time when the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing a strategic transformation in real estate ownership and investment regulations. Through its programs and initiatives, the Forum continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform that brings together elite decision-makers to shape the future of the global real estate sector.”
He also confirmed that all preparations and logistical arrangements have been completed ahead of the Forum’s launch on schedule, anticipating strong participation from leading executives across real estate, investment, and advisory sectors, alongside prominent local and international figures and leaders.
The fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum is expected to welcome distinguished international and local leaders, as well as senior figures from both the public and private sectors—most notably from real estate, advisory services, banking, and financial institutions—along with specialized experts and consultants in various investment fields.
The Forum is also expected to attract participation from more than 140 countries and approximately 300 speakers, who will engage in sessions, workshops, and lectures addressing key themes related to the real estate ecosystem locally and globally. Foremost among these are supporting the real estate industry, attracting high-value foreign investment, and examining global experiences and best practices that drive sector growth. The Forum gains particular significance as its launch coincides with the implementation of the updated non-Saudi property ownership regulation, which comes into effect in early January 2026—a milestone expected to provide meaningful support to the real estate sector, strengthen market trends and investment strategies, and promote sustainable growth.
