To secure your participation, full payment is required at the time of registration. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a personalized QR code that grants you access to the event. We accept multiple currencies, including SAR and USD, and note that your bank or payment provider may apply applicable conversion rates. Each QR code is unique and linked to your name. Should you wish to transfer your registration, please contact us in advance to request approval.

2. Refund Policy

In the rare event that Eye of Riyadh cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Accessing the event is seamless with your personalized QR code and valid identification. Please keep your QR code handy throughout the event to ensure smooth entry and access to sessions.
