Former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will participate as a keynote speaker at the fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum, hosted in Riyadh from 26 to 28 January 2026 at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, under the patronage of H.E. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and held under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving.” The Forum is expected to attract significant local and international attention and participation.
Secretary Clinton will be accompanied by a delegation of prominent American business leaders and investors to explore promising investment opportunities across several sectors and major projects in the Kingdom, supporting economic diversification and the attraction of further investments.
The Forum takes place at a time when Saudi Arabia’s real estate ecosystem is undergoing notable development and transformation, driven by the adoption of advanced and sustainable real estate technologies. The sector continues to encourage both local and foreign investment through the creation of an attractive investment environment, alongside the digitalization of services and the unification of real estate processes. In addition, the Real Estate Transformation Program under Vision 2030 has played a key role in delivering major large-scale investments, including high-value residential and commercial projects.
Ms. Reem Al-Harbi, Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Future Forum, welcomed the participation of the former U.S. Secretary of State in the Forum’s fifth edition, noting that the upcoming edition will witness distinguished and high-profile participation from leading international figures and decision-makers in the real estate and advisory sectors. She emphasized that previous editions of the Forum have proven its position as a global platform that brings together real estate decision-makers and creates an enabling environment for forming strategic alliances and partnerships. She also confirmed that the fifth edition has successfully attracted broad participation, including confirmed representation from more than 140 countries, along with over 300 local and international speakers.
It is worth noting that the launch of the fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum will coincide with the implementation of the updated foreign ownership law, which comes into effect in January 2026. The Forum’s focus on this milestone is part of a broader awareness campaign surrounding this significant real estate development, which is expected to further stimulate real estate investment amid the major transformations witnessed by the sector over the past two decades. Forum sessions and discussions will address several critical themes related to the real estate ecosystem and its local and global developments, including current and future real estate challenges, transformation within the industry, diversified financing solutions, real estate developments in the Kingdom, and the impact of PropTech and artificial intelligence on various real estate sectors. Additionally, a number of agreements will be signed and several real estate alliances formed on the sidelines of the Forum.
