Alma Destination will participate as a Main Sponsor in the fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum 2026, to be held in Riyadh from 26 to 28 January 2026, under the patronage of H.E. Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving.” The Forum will witness wide local and international participation, with representation from more than 140 countries and the participation of over 300 local and international speakers.

Through its participation, Alma Destination aims to showcase the destination to real estate developers and investors, highlighting the readiness of a wide range of premium opportunities available across residential, commercial, tourism, and mixed-use sectors. It is worth noting that infrastructure works, marine works, and landscaping have been completed to the highest quality standards and innovative design benchmarks. The real estate vision underpinning the planning of the Alma project represents a key pillar in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 within the real estate sector.

The fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum 2026 comes at a time of accelerating growth and development in the real estate sector at the local, regional, and international levels. Accordingly, the Forum’s agenda—through a series of sessions and workshops—will address a wide range of topics covering all aspects of the real estate sector. Discussions will focus on key challenges facing the industry and their current and future impacts, as well as the role of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in driving significant transformations across the real estate sector, its industries, and urban development.

Diverse financing solutions will also form a central part of the discussions, given their significant impact across various real estate segments. In addition, the Forum will highlight the achievements of Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, which have contributed to attracting both local and foreign investment. The Forum will further examine the updated non-Saudi property ownership system, approved in July 2025 and expected to come into effect in January 2026, coinciding with the Forum’s convening. This milestone is regarded as a highly significant development with a major impact on real estate investment in the Kingdom.

Leveraging the collaborative environment fostered by the Forum, a dedicated platform will be provided for the signing of agreements, memoranda of understanding, and strategic real estate partnerships between participating local and international entities.

It is noteworthy that the Alma mixed-use destination project is among the most prominent and pioneering waterfront developments in Jeddah. The project features integrated residential communities and neighborhoods, retail spaces, markets, entertainment centers, restaurants and cafés, as well as several marinas for boats and yachts along the waterfront. It also offers multiple mixed-use land plots for the development of luxury and contemporary residential, commercial, and tourism projects in Jeddah. The project emphasizes high quality and innovative design to deliver premium real estate products that offer exceptional levels of comfort, stability, and quality of construction and location—presenting a compelling opportunity for owners and investors alike, in support of Vision 2030 objectives and the national economy.
